Beers are an exquisite variety of drinks that are refreshing and fun. But the drink is beyond just bitterness and froth. Rather the drink carries a complex bouquet and flavor palate in its many diverse varieties that can be quite fun to experience during a beer tasting.

Chef Jim has created a fall themed menu designed to tease your palate, with a specific beer to complement each of the five courses. Come experience the intricate details of the drink, instead of simply pouring and swallowing it can be exciting.

First Course:
Seared Scallops with Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
(dijon avocado crema, honey drizzle)

Second Course:
Caesar Salad with Kona Big Wave Golden Ale
(scotch egg, bacon lardons)

Third Course:
Beer Braised Short Rib Sliders with Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout
(cave aged cheddar, sundried tomato jam, herb aioli)

Fourth Course:
Bangers and Mash with Delirium Tremens
(red wine onion gravy, dijon mashed potatoes)

Fifth Course:
Pumpkin Beer Spiced Parfait with Dogfish Head Pumpkin Ale
(molasses, brown sugar, pumpkin spice, whipped cream)
