There’s no doubt a glass of wine with dinner can elevate your dining experience, but how can you nail this art of finding the perfect pairing?

While pairing wine with food has been around for centuries, we think Chef Jim has created a sophisticated yet approachable five course menu that nails the pairing process!!!

First Course:
Prosciutto Bruschetta with Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio
(mascarpone, roasted garlic, parma prosciutto, roma tomato and basil aioli)

Second Course:
Fresh Mozzarella Blood Orange Salad with Ferrari Carano Fume Blanc
(arugula, spinach, pistachio, grapefruit, house made balsamic vinaigrette)

Third Course:
Wild Boar Ragu with Ruffino II Ducale Gold Label
(strozzapreti pasta, san marzano tomato, parmigiano reggiano)

Fourth Course:
Osso Buco Alla Milanese with II Poggione Brunello di Montalcino
(braised veal shank, fresh tomato, white wine, gremolata over mascarpone polenta)

Fifth Course:
Vanilla Berry Panna Cotta with Ceretto Santo Stefano Muscato d’asti
(sweet cream, vanilla bean, fresh berries)
